Caryfy Bravo Troubleshooting (FAQ)
Q1: How do I clear batch in Care Bravo after shifts have been approved? What are the exact instructions for processing an unskilled claim to EVV after it’s approved?
A1: Once the unskilled shift is complete, go to the actions tab > approve shifts. Then go to the actions tab > generate invoice tab to send the shifts to Tellus
Q2: Do you know why this one says no data found under services?
A2: First, you need to add the services from the main actions tab, and then you can select them in the client's profile.
Q3: With the original Caryfy platform, I was able to easily select tasks completed if a caregiver needs me to clock them out. (Calendar - Action - Time Sheets - Select Tasks Completed) Where is this feature in Bravo?
A3: Go to the client's profile > client timesheet tab.
Q4: I’m in the client’s profile > Timesheet. No shifts appear for 4/10. However, under calendar she clearly has a completed shift for 4/10.
A4: To view Assessor shift for Skilled Nursing, please navigate to the Approvals - Assessor tab, the shift will be visible. The Timesheets are only for Caregiver shifts, unskilled ones.
Q5: Caregiver is not seeing any shifts on her calendar
A5: Upon checking, we found she is logged in with an incorrect phone number.
Q6: With the original Caryfy platform, client -> schedule (full calendar view). Where is this view/function in bravo?
A6: To view the full calendar view, go to the calendar section > click on go to list view.
Q7: When adding a reoccurring shift for an entire month range, it’s asking “Repeat in Weeks”. What does repeat in weeks mean and what should I enter if I want the same M-F shift every week for the entire month?
A7: You should always add 1 in repeat in weeks. While scheduling in Bulk, kindly type in 1 in the repeat in weeks Box, to avoid creating multiple shifts for the same day.
Q8: How do I assign an unskilled caregiver to this client?
A8: When creating the Caregivers schedule you don't need to assign the caregiver to the clients. When you go to 'Add Shift Client' to create an unskilled shift all the caregivers list will appear there and you can choose that particular caregiver for that client.
Q9: I have an employee that I’m trying to set up agent access for. She’ll be assisting me with administrative tasks, so I need her to have a login and password.
A9: Please ask them to click on Sign up now, on the link below, using the email Address that you have created they're profile with > Enter the Email > Send Verification code > Verify the Code > set up a Password > Select the Job Title as Agency and they will be logged in Caryfy.
